Paul Marc Goulet is a renowned pastor, teacher, and humanitarian leader with over 30 years of experience empowering others. As the former Senior Leader of the International Church of Las Vegas, Paul Marc spearheaded an international network of churches, schools, and outreach programs impacting more than 30 countries. He has made it his life’s mission to train and develop healthy leaders worldwide, helping individuals achieve wholeness spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.

Paul Marc’s visionary leadership led to the founding of PMGIRC, through which he partners with top experts and organizations to bring world-class leadership training to underserved areas. He even joined forces with leadership author John C. Maxwell’s EQUIP team to deliver proven curriculum in cities from Las Vegas to Paris. After decades in church ministry, Paul Marc “retired” in 2022 only to refocus his energy on global missions – writing a national values curriculum for Madagascar, training thousands of new leaders, and meeting practical needs in impoverished communities.

A dynamic communicator and author of over ten books, Paul Marc is also a sought-after conference speaker and corporate trainer. He has been honored as a Distinguished Nevadan and had an official day proclaimed in his name for his contributions to the community. Above all, Paul Marc is a dedicated family man, alongside his wife Denise and their children and grandchildren who carry on the legacy of positive influence. Paul Marc’s passion, humor, and faith ignite audiences everywhere to believe in their potential and pursue transformation in their world. “We are blessed to be a blessing,” he often says – and his life exemplifies that motto.
