John Maxwell’s EQUIP is a leadership development organization that provides resources, training, and coaching to help individuals and organizations develop leadership skills and achieve their goals. EQUIP was founded by John Maxwell, a well-known leadership expert, speaker, and author. The organization offers various programs, resources, and events, including:

EQUIP’s mission is to develop leaders who can make a positive impact in their organizations, communities, and the world. They focus on building leadership skills, character, and influence. John Maxwell’s EQUIP has worked with various organizations, churches, and individuals, helping them develop leadership capacity and achieve their goals.

Madagascar holds a special place in our heart at PMGIRC. Since 2017, Paul Marc Goulet and our team have been on the ground in this beautiful yet challenged country, working tirelessly to raise up leaders and bring relief to those in need. Madagascar Leadership & Relief is our comprehensive initiative to uplift an entire nation spiritually, economically, and socially. We believe that by empowering local leaders and addressing urgent needs, Madagascar can experience unprecedented transformation.
- Leadership Training: We have helped train thousands of Malagasy leaders – from young entrepreneurs and pastors to government officials – equipping them with leadership skills and strong values. With each visit, Paul Marc and the team conduct intensive workshops and seminars, sowing into the lives of those who will shape Madagascar’s future. Our audacious goal is to train 100,000 new leaders every year in Madagascar, creating a movement of positive change-makers across the nation. Through conferences, the LEAD curriculum, and one-on-one mentoring, we are seeing a new generation rise up with vision and integrity.
At IRC, we envision a future where every player in the association receives a pair of sports shoes. Our goal is to provide 55,000 pairs of sports shoes to empower these young athletes. We believe that sports serve as a powerful tool to guide children away from the streets and towards brighter future. Together, we can make a significant impact in their lives.
